Where can I download the PDF invoices for my Creator Pro Plan
Good morning, I need to download the legal invoices for my Creator Pro Plan in PDF format but I can't find them anywhere. I need to submit these documents to my government every quarter. I can only see the orders but I can't see the place where I can download the invoices in PDF format with the information of my company. Where can I download them? I can't find where. Where can I change the name and address of my company? I can't see it. Sorry Where can I do that? Thanks

Sign up form from an external site
Hello, I wanted to ask you how I can pass information from an external form created on wordpress to Invision. I'm trying to market my community with ads and nice and clean sign forms withalan upsell. I can't do that inside Invision because the sign-up form doesn't look as I want and the upsell option doesn't work as an upsell, it asks the user which product he wants to associate with...that's like white crazy. Nobody does that. So, Invision's form is not good for upsells and display the information properly. So, is there documentation on how to connect with Invision's and create a new user group externally with a beautifully drafted wordpress form which includes a proper upsell? I mean, is it possible to create a user externally with a form and tell Invision to create the user the same way (user group assignments), etc? That looks facilitate things so much. Because Invision's upsell functionality can't be use, it goes against common sense. Thanks a lot.

Hide Courses without unpublishing them
Hello, It would be great to be able hide a course I do not want to sell any more. If the course is "unpublished" then members paid for it and as an unpublished course, they will lose access to it. There should be a way to hide courses and only allow those who initially purchased it to access them. Thanks

Admin cannot manage course if he's enrolled
Thanks a lot. But my question is, why should I have two browsers, etc, if I am the admin? As an admin, I should be able to do EVERYTHING. That's the purpose of being an admin, to have control of everyting in the system. It doesn't make sense to do anytthing else. It doesn't follow any logic, sorry.

Yes. But I am the admin. I created all the content and all the lessons. Why then can't I edit the content if I am the admin of everything I've created if I enrolled to test how things work. It doesn't make too much since I'm the administrator and the one who created the course.

Good morning, I just found and issue which doens't make too much sense to me. As an admin, I cannot manage a course if I am enrolled. The Course Manager options will completely disappear. I have to delete the admin's enrollment to edit the course. Why can't I edit the course lessons if I am the administrator? I don't understand. Thanks

Problem with Zapier and blocked domain
Hello, I was trying to create a custom Zapier from ACP and I got this popup warning me that my domain is blocked. When I go to Zapier or click on the ADD DOMAINS button. I want see the Settings --> Embedding Domains anywhere :( This is what I see when I click the button. Nothing in settings. Anywhere. See the screenshots. That popup is directing me to a place where there is no option to embed any domain. I looked in other places, and nothing. Do I really need to do this? If so, where?. Or is this only for completely new Zapiers that do not exist? Thanks I also see this, nothing about the embedded domains either. Nothing here either:

Product purchase form and recommended products
Thanks a lot. I will try to find someone. One more thing, which doesn't make any sense in the upsell / association feature available in ACP. It just dones' make any sense. When I try to add an associated product (an upsell), I am promtped to select with which product I want to associate it with :( That doesn't make sense. I've never seen this on an upsell. Who does that? Nobody! I mean, an upsell is like compulsory buying, the offer is so tempting that you add it to the cart because you're conviced. With Invision's approach: The upsell doesn't show the product name. No room for it No description or button to add to cart at the moment where the upsell is shown And on top of that, the clinet has to manually choose the association with the product. That doesn't make sense. I've purchased many things in my life, and I've never seen any company to ask me to associate my upsell with a procuct. The client just adds it to the cart with one click. With the current approach, the upsell is a few clicks away :( Selling is not easy but it's made even harder with these steps :( Thanks

Thanks a lot Marc. Is it possible to add a user to a product, then? Not possible either? Can Zapier be used to do exactly the same thing that Invision does when a new user signs up by buying a product? I mean, a user registers, enters username, password etc, and pays for a product that adds user to secondary group X Y and send welcome email in the product's custom email. Is that possible with Zapier? I can see hooks like update member, etc, but I can't see products anywhere. You told me that courses are not available yet on Zapier, aren't products available either? :( I didn't see them. Thanks

Two questions: if it can be edited, which would be the page and it's location I would to hire a developer. Where can I post a job offer in the community to ask for someone to modify the template? Thanks a lot, Marc. I had done that but the logic behind it makes this feature not useful for a bunch of reasons. Why? The user can't even see the full name of the suggested product :( there's no space to even display two simple words :( The user cannot see a small description that could tempt him to add it to the cart The client can't add the suggested course to the cart directly. The user is forced to click on the suggested product's icon and then read all the information outside of the checkout process :( In an upsell: The client can easily add a product to the cart without stepping out of the checkout process. With Invision, the client is forced to step out The client should see information of the suggested upsell in the process. Now it's impossible. The client had to click on the icon without even reading two words of the product:( he can't even see the product name and a small description :( An upsell usually allows a discount. I can't see how a discount can be added if it's added to the upsell process. The discount is the catch. Maybe the discount option is somewhere but I couldn't find it The most significant issue I see is the actual upsell suggestion process. See the attachment. How can a client be attacted to add the suggested product to the cart upsell if he can't even read the name of the product and a small description without stepping out of the chekcout process? :( everything is done in a small popup which doesn't have any room to display anything:( instead of using the full page to display the suggested product with its icon, price, name, small description and the add to cart option without stepping out of the checkout process. As you can see in the attachment, who's going to add a product who's name can't be read and workout a shirt description? Nobody. This is not an upsell, it's a suggestion or related product. But even as a suggestion, there's no room to display two words, description, etc.. it doesn't help Thanks

Good morning, I wanted to ask you a question about products and related products. I know envision is not specifically focused on products so it lacks many features like up sells, etc. My question is related to recommended products. I'm selling courses and my main course, let's call it, main course. When a user starts to fill out the registration form to buy this product, I would like to offer him the possibility to add one or more courses to the cart. What would be the best approach to do thiis? Can the product's sign-up form be modified to add a block where I can display a grid with a couple of products I want? Is that a custom modification that could be done? What would you suggest me to do? Can each product's sign up form have a different customisation to display different blocks? By doing this I could simulate the upsell functionality to offer other products when the user is seeing or buying product one. Thanks

Hello, The closest module is now an important module in Invision community. However Zapier does not have any webhooks to connect with the courses module. I would like to suggest the possibility to add Webhooks to the courses module so we can use it work Zapier. Like... User buys a course User enrols a course Etc Thanks a lot

Good morning, I am trying to create a Zapier to add a user from an external form to one of the courses I've created in my community. There is no option to add a user to a course anywhere. I searched the available events in Zapier and there is nothing related to courses :( How can I do that then? Who can create a custom event in Zapier and how then? I'm a bit lost. I wan to do this: Once a user fills out a purchase form in GoHighLevel. I will use LeadConnector to capture a trigger Once this triggered is received I wan to.. Create a new user in my community Add user to Course X Add user to secondary group X I just can't see how I can do that. The LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) is done. But Invision's part, I don't know. I can't even see the courses option in Zapier and the Courses is an important module. Is that possible? If so, how? Thanks

How to create a bundle with courses
Thanks a lot. I'm sure that man will be in a position similar to mine where 1) they won't move to version 5 until there's a lrr advanced version which is more stable 2) or have many plugins or custom applications that need to be converted to version 5 and it takes time. Delivering fixes for 4.7 would be a good idea for some time. Right now, I can't work properly with bundles in courses because there is this bug with price. So if this bug is only fixed for version 5, it will take me a long time until I can use the Bundle option in courses. Thanks

Thanks a lot for letting me know. My question is, will this bug fixed for version 4.7? Is version 4.7 kept and supported or these fixes will only be available for version 5. I won't move to version 5 for some time because I first need to have a few applications converted and I want a very stable version 5 too. I wonder if version 4.7 will have updates and fixed too, and if so, for how long. Thanks a lot.

Invoices, we should be able to download all of them at once
Hello, There's no way to download all the invoices for a given date range. Every quarter, I must send all the invoices to the accountant, and there's no way to download them. We should have a date range where we can select the start and end date. Then ACP will let us download a zip file with all the invoices. If you have dozens and hundreds of invoices, it makes no sense not to be able to download all the PDFs at once. We should have the possibility to filter in invoices in a date range, and an option to download all the invoices at once, not one by one. Thanks

Courses module should let the Pages module to add blocks below the header
Hello, I would like to suggest that the courses module should let the Pages module to add blocks below the header. Right now, there is only the header COURSES and we cannot add a text block or anything underneath to give a short explanation about the courses. The pages module allowes us to add above but that doesn't make sense. We describe the courses below the header, we do not add a description above the headlines. I can drag a text box at 1 above the headline, but not below the headline at 2, where a description normally goes. Thanks

Course lessons should have an option to insert a video
Hello, The individual Course lessons should have an option to insert a video from Vimeo or YouTube. Videos are a very important component of courses, so it makes sense to have an option to insert a video and display it at s predefined location. We could have the possibility of choosing where to display the video, at the top or at the bottom of the lesson. So the layout would be like the lesson name, short description, video and the course lesson content. Thanks

A list of courses should display the list of prices too, the same way that the most of products display the prices before the user clicks on the product. Courses should be connected to the user groups function
Hello, I believe that the Courses should be connected to the user groups function. The user groups, primary and secondary, is at the heart of Invision Community, and the Courses module had been left out of it for reasons I don't understand. User groups give us a lot of flexibility and allows us to connect the courses with any other module in the community. Now it's difficult to accomplish certain things because the enrollment or purchase of a course cannot be assigned to any user group. Thanks
