  1. I don't understand your answer and the exact steps I need to complete, sorry. I don't use user groups on courses because I can't assign a user group to a course, the user needs to be enrolled. My system is configured so that any user group can 1) see 2) view course content and 3) enrol. So I need to enrol the user to the course once the payment is done. All groups, even the default member group can enrol, but upon payment. I don't know the exact steps I need to follow to enrol a user to a paid course on Zapier given that all user groups can enrol. You're telling me to change the user group upon purchase, but I can't see the logic behind that since I need to enrol them to a course. All user groups can enrol, changing the user group won't have any effect without enrolling the user to the course. I am completely lost here to be honest. I can't see the logic. The logic to me would be: User fills out the form I get username and password Zapier checks if username exists If not, username is created No user group is added upon creating a username since buying a course does not change the user group, any user group can enroll a course, even the default member user group Payment is completed Enrol.user to course That's how I see it. But I can't make it work. You proposed to change the user group upon the purchase of a course. Why that? Changing the user group will change nothing since there's no enrollment. I'm lost to be honest.

Hello, I've got a question about Zapier that is driving me crazy since I can't finish the integration I want work WooCommerce. --- I want to create a new user and enrol it to a paid course externally using Zapier and WooCommerce. The question is this... Is a course connected to a paid product valid for the enroll to a course webhook in Zapier? Does the enrolment bypass the fact that it's a paid course and it simply enrols the user to the course? All my courses are paid and they are connected to a product because courses do not support user groups. So the courses are not free and they are purchased through a product. Invision hasn't added any webhook to products, a key module in the system and I don't know why. So my question is, how do I enrol a member to a paid course linked to a product using Zapier? Thanks

  6. I wanted to add a discount to that course in the invoice. That was the reason I wanted to create the invoice in the first place. So, I said, let's create a coupon for that course in particular. I did, and the couple doesn't work. I always get the error: You cannot use that coupon for this purchase. I wanted to try the coupon first, so I added it to the cart using the admin. All went well, but the coupon PA2026 cannot be applied. Why? The coupon takes s a specific amount off the subtotal and it was assigned to that specific course alone. Now, I have two problems instead of one. I cannot create a custom invoice and I cannot apply a valid coupon for that specific course Why? The only way I could make the coupon worked is by applying the coupon to the entire purchase. The coupon does NOT work when applied to a specific course. Summing up: I cannot create a custom invoice and I cannot apply a valid coupon for a specific course, it can only be applied to the Entire purchase Thanks
  7. I had already disabled the extensions before I contacted you. Not using any VPN. Deleting the cookies for the domain fixed the problem, at least it never happened again.
  8. Hello, I'm trying to add a course in an invoice and it doesn't work. I always get the error. I've done this in the past many times but it just doesn't work now. See the attachment.   10. Hello, In the last hour, I've gotton like 50 error message like this. It happens all the time in the cloud. Why is this happening? This is the first time I see this. It's happening all the time. My site has been offline for a couple of minutes now and I have no idea what is going on. I am using Google Chrome on MacOs. Bad RequestYour browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
  11. Hello, I have a question on how to enroll a user to a course using Zapier. There are two options: Member ID Course. I can see a list of the courses available, so this one is easy But I'm lost with Member ID. What should I write on Member ID? I am using a WordPress form, the user will type username and password, but I have no idea what the member ID will be. So what should I set in the Member ID? Is this the flow? FlowWordPress Form → Zapier → Create Member in Invision → Get Member ID → Enroll to Course Because when Zapier creates the member, the response usually includes the numeric ID automatically? Then I should map: Member ID → output from previous step Course → selected course This is how it should be done? Thanks
  12. Yes, I believe the commerce module needs lot of changes. The commerce tools have not been updated for a long time and it's a very important part for communities that sell products and subscriptions.

  16. It doesn't make too much sense to me. It's been probably two days and my community didn't have many archived topics. There must be something wrong in the process. Topics like the one I mentioned and this one topic/55271-pne-ag-pne3/ Are still archived and there is no option anywhere to unarchive them individually. Why can't I unarchive it individually? The option doesn't exist. The unarchive task is run every 5 minutes, so my whole site should have been scanned long ago in 2 days. But still many the archived topics were NOT unarchived. I had originally clicked on the Yes, restore topics, but the topics are still archived. I've even manually run the Unarchive task but the topics are still archived and no option to unarchive them individually.

I set it up yesterday so that it didn't archive anymore and to unarchive everything and that didn't happen But my question in this topic is about the fact that the topic is archived but there is no option in the topic to unrchive it as it was in other topics. So how am I supposed to unarchive it if the option doesn't exist and an ACP I did what have to do.

I’m not looking for AI search in my community because I already use tags, images, and custom apps I’ve built myself, so finding content there is very easy. The issue is actually here on the Invision Community website, where I often struggle to find what I’m looking for. I’ve tried many times, and nowadays I end up using ChatGPT to find things for me — but honestly, it shouldn’t have to work like that. There’s something in the frontend that bothers me a lot and doesn’t really make sense to me. I’ve started many topics since joining the community, yet there’s no reliable way for me to find them again. When I go to my Streams and click on “Content I Started” …the results are not actually showing the content I started. Instead, it displays all the comments and replies I’ve made across my own topics and other people’s topics. But that’s not what the stream title says, and not what I’m trying to find. If it says “Content I Started,” I expect to see only the topics I originally created. For example, I may want to quickly review: bugs I reported feature requests I opened support issues I’m struggling with At the moment, that’s extremely difficult because I can’t get a clean list of the topics I personally started in sections like “Help & Support” or “Feature Requests.” A reply inside a topic is not “content I started.” It’s content I continued.   21. Hello, Sorry for the title, but it's what I think after trying to find posts and comments that I've made or any other users, it's just imposible. No matter if you use AND, OR, " ", it just doesn't work. I have to use ChatGPT to find things, and that's insane. I wanted to find posts where the duplicated results on searching topics is discussed and I tried so many combinations.. Result with IPS? ZERO. Then I said, will ChatGPT find what I want? Ohhh yes, it did find it. I asked ChatGPT to search- See below. My question is... what's the use of Invision's search if we can't find things? The search is competely obsolete, it just doesn't work. Why does a user need to use AI to find what he wants instead of using Invision's search? It's just insane! Are you improving the search function? It definitely needs to be revamped because right now it's just impossible to find anything. I just can't find anything, and a "dummy user" should be able to find what he needs without using boolean variables or anything strange, just by asking the search. Is there anything like that being done? Thanks

  23. Hi, I’d like to confirm whether Invision Community allows having two Stripe accounts and two PayPal accounts at the same time. I’m transitioning from one company setup another. Is it possible to add new accounts so that existing recurring payments continue on the old accounts while new transactions are processed through the new ones? I want to ensure that I don’t lose the recurring payments from my current setup while this transition happens. I’d appreciate any technical guidance. Thanks

  25. Hello, I need to change my company name for cloud's invoices but I can't find where. My primary billing address is correct, but there is no option to change my company name there. The final invoice contains my company, but I need to change it for the next inovices. Where can I change that? I couldn't find it anywhere :( Please tell me exactly where. Thanks
