  1. @Marc@Jim M @Charles Hi guys -- it appears that the same issue is happening again. Verification emails are no longer being sent to newly registered users. Any chance you can take a look asap? I thought we had resolved this -- even adding 1M more emails to my capacity per month for a small fee. I'm pretty sure that I'm WAY below my total capacity for October. Did I misstep somehow again? Would love you help. Thanks, Eric
  2. @Stuart Silvester I'm having the similar issue with it loading if I use www. and giving me a 503 if I don't use www. Any ideas? Also I get the attached error message when I click yes on the cookie consent. Actually, I'm getting the 503 message even with the www. and having cleared my cache.
  3. @Stuart Silvester Just looked a what time the downtime actually started. We're now at 4 hours and counting. Is there any sort of update here on an estimated time to get live again? The status page is saying all systems are operational but my site is clearly not and just times out.
  4. @Stuart Silvester It's now back up but won't let me log in to the ACP. @Stuart Silvester Never mind. It's back down.
  5. @Matt My site has now been down for approaching 2 hours. Is this the maintenance? Eric
  6. @Jim M Sorry for my inexact language here. A blog "post" or "entry" is a page. And I have 50k of them but the site map doesn't reflect that. Any ideas? @Joel R The site map being accurate would encourage Google to crawl my full site sooner and better.
  7. Hello -- My auto-generated-by-Invision site map (crawled by Google Search Console yesterday) is claiming to have 34,554 pages on it. Yet my site is running at 17,752 blogs + 49,025 posts = 66,777 potential pages that should be on that site map unless I'm missing something. Any idea what is causing the difference? Thanks, Eric
  8. @Charles I appreciate the apology. And how quickly you all sorted it out once we identified the issue. (Thanks to @Marc too for escalating it.) Given that you've never run into it before, it makes complete sense why there is no process in place. I just assumed that you must see this issue regularly but clearly I was wrong. Thanks again for sorting it.
  9. Just adding to this thread for future users' knowledge and troubleshooting. The reason my users were not getting emails is because Invision turned off all emails from my site without notifying me in any way. It took me 24 hours to discover this dynamic (and 500 activation emails to new users that weren't sent) and it sounds like the logs were saying the emails were still being sent even though that was clearly not true. They did this because they felt I violated their "fair use" email volume because I emailed my large user base (200k+) 1-2 times per week to drive usage, promote features, etc. I'm not adding to this thread to complain though I'll need to have a further conversation with them about that dynamic. Mainly I just want other Invision users to be able to troubleshoot this faster in the future if they run into the same issues.
  10. @Marc Thank you! I'll check my email.
  11. @Marc Thanks for checking that. It looks like the problem arose about 22 hours ago. And I'm at 500+ new users with this problem. Literally every single user in almost a full day has failed to confirm their account. Which makes me skeptical that those emails are being sent regardless of what the logs say. I just created a test account and did not receive the activation email. Any ideas? Eric
  12. So no users in the last several hundred registrations on my site has responded to the validation email to confirm their account. Is it possible those emails are not getting sent?
  13. @Jim M Thanks for the fast response. Yes, I know how to change word filters but how do I control whether I receive an email (as the moderator/admin) when something needs to be moderated?
  14. Hello -- I'd like to turn off the notification that there is a blog post that needs moderation due to violating a word filter but I can't seem to find where I do this? Can you help? Thanks! Eric
  15. @DawPi Tried your suggestion. No email came through. I'm still getting notifications from the site when a blog post needs moderation so that's good. I didn't make any changes when this problem started so I'm speculating that it is an Invision issue somewhere. Eric
