We just got our community up and running and loving it. However, I cannot seem to get the group promotions to work. In this example, our goal is to promote members of certain secondary groups to other secondary groups. For instance, we want to add anyone in the following groups to a specific secondary group: I want to be added to the secondary group "Old World." I have tested this with a member, and they have logged in, but it doesn't work. What am I missing here? Do I have to do something else to trigger the promotion? The promotion is on, and this seems simple enough, but I can't get it to work.
