Yesterday 22nd Sept 2024 and today 23. Sept. our site was down for over 20 mins, and lots of sloooow traffic. otherwise, reported also by multiple members. No-one else?

Hello, as the title states, Active User Count and Page Views are set to zero, currently. How do I get this fixed?

So a member required Account Deletion via the (Account Settings > Privacy and Security tab), which I accepted. However, although the user name is gone from posts he has made, an edit he made to one of these posts still shows "Edited x hours ago by..." and his name. Is this intentional? If user data are deleted, why not the edit info?

Thank you, @Marc. The situation resolved itself. The member reported today that he can now find the person in question. I suspect he may just have been using the search window incorrectly.

Background: So today I had a member say he cannot find another member, and wonders if this is due to being on that member's Ignore list. I haven't asked for the name of the member yet, but I was wondering about the Ignore function: Questions: 1) If A puts B on his ignore list, A can no longer read B's posts, but I assume B can still read A's posts? 2) Is it possible to see for a particular member whether anyone is ignoring him/her? Thanks!

Hi guys, I'm wondering how long reported content is kept in the Mod CP? Are there settings somewhere for this?

My thought was that maybe this happened in connection with the most recent upgrade (May) because I'm not too sure the member noticed right away. I will, but it is interesting that @My Sharona appears to have had similar issues. Thank you both, @Jim M and @My Sharona for your input. Enjoy what's left of the weekend!
