  1. Glad you got it sorted. Always happy to help. 😉
  2. To make a change for your whole site, that is exactly where to change it. If you want your members to have the option of changing it themselves, then you would have to enable this function for the member group/s. AdminCP → Members → Groups → edit the relevant groups by clicking the pencil icon → Group Settings → Permissions → enable Can change layouts They will then be able to edit the layout of your site’s forum index view by clicking their Display Name → click the + sign next to Settings Area → Account Settings → Content Preferences → enable Change layout views and pick the preferred Forum Index View.
  3. Hi @Richard Arch, Click your display name → Theme Editor → Page Layouts → Forum Index and select your preferred layout. The list should contain Table, Grid, Fluid and Feed.
  4. I didn’t even click the link! My bad. 😅
  5. In case some users still cannot find it, you can change the forum index view by clicking your Display Name → click the + sign next to Settings Area → Account Settings → Content Preferences → enable Change layout views and pick your preferred Forum Index View.
  6. I’m not sure why SendGrid was removed from your integrations; it shows up on my community using version 5 Beta 11.1. There are two settings for SendGrid in your AdminCP. System → Site Features → Integrations → SendGrid → Enable (which I know you’ve done from your screenshot) System → Settings → Email Settings → Mail delivery method (confirm SendGrid has been selected)
  7. No problem at all, and best of luck! Version 5 has been perfect on my production environment since Beta 1. Not to say I didn’t run into any issues, but they were all ironed out by the team promptly.
  8. I have MariaDB 10.6.19 on my Classic instance of Invision Community and haven’t noticed any issues with speed or performance. My community does not have high traffic or large amounts of data yet so that may be the biggest difference here. May I ask how large and/or active your community is?
  9. Hi @Jan Reidar Storelvmo, You would simply download the version 5 package from your Client Area and follow the manual upgrade steps on the help guide below. Install and Upgrade - Classic Installation / Server Management
  10. I do get this from time to time when logged in on my computer and attempt to log in on my phone, for example. Logging in is successful, but any page I visit afterwards is as if I am logged out. I haven’t investigated the issue, but when I log out of my computer, wait a few minutes and log back in on my phone, all is well. I haven’t had the issue of logging in every time I open my browser though.

For those looking at making a change to your page layout, click your username (assuming you’re an administrator of your community) → Theme Editor → Page Layouts → Forum Index → select your preferred theme between Table, Grid, Fluid and Feed. Feed is the theme currently selected for Invision Community. Table is what most people may be used to.
  12. It is insignificant and doesn’t break anything, but badges when hovering on someone’s display name might need a look at. They display fine on profiles.

Absolute perfection. Well done, Invision Community! 🥳
  14. Hi @Madhouseau, Make sure you backup your database and current files and folders though just in case something goes pear-shaped.
