Hi there, my membership business didn't work out and so my membership with invision will end soon. I noticed that the login page for my wordpress site has changed to invision brand colours when I installed it last year. When I cancel, will I have problems logging in, and do I need to do something to revert back to the default wordpress login page? I mention this because I had issues logging in today with my normal password and I think it could be indirectly related to the fact I have a customized login page. Please excuse my ignorance on this matter. I'm still learning!

Hi there, I had a question from a community member about this but want to confirm it definitely isn't a bug or feature change. What I want to know is, regardless of the number of notifications, are they supposed to be marked as read as soon as you click on the notification bell, or are they supposed to only be marked as read after I've physically scrolled through and read them? If it's the former, this is my follow up question; Is there a setting that allows users to continue seeing the notifications as 'unread' if they have not been viewed or furthermore been clicked?

Hi there, can you advise me how to get my forum icons to appear true to the image's normal colour and vibrancy? Currently the uploaded icons appear to have only 30% transparency. It's hard to see what each icon is. [original icon image and forum image attached below] I would be most grateful for any advice or solution you can give. Thanks, Anthony

Hello, the save changes button does nothing when you click on it after making changes. If you click on it before making changes a message pops up saying you haven't made any changes, so it seems as soon as I make changes it stops working.

Hi there, I am following the installation guide but I cannot get past the system check stage because of this file system requirement error (displayed below): The directory /srv/htdocs/community/datastore needs to be writable. Please change the directory's CHMOD to 0777 I have tried changing the CHMOD but this doesn't improve anything and there is no 'datastore' file or folder to be found in the installation pack I downloaded from the invision website.
