Your plugin is much better than the IPS anonymous feature. Please consider upgrading it for IPS 4.6. Our parent community uses your anonymous postings in order to share very private information about their families.

We had 2 members post anonymously in the same forum topic. Each post showed "Anonymous" for the poster display name. It is confusing; it seems like the same person posted both posts. It's difficult to follow the thoughts of each anonymous poster. Please provide an option to display a different display name for each person posting anonymously within each topic. We are a non-profit parent organization - npnparents.org. Our members ask other members for advice regarding their children/families. They post very personal information; they frequently post anonymously. Our production site currently uses version 4.4.10; we use the TSP plugin for the anonymous feature - The developer will not upgrade the plugin to work with IPS ver 4.6. We will upgrade our production site to ver 4.6 soon. Our online community needs the anonymous feature in order to protect our parents' privacy. Please add a feature to differentiate the anonymous posters from each other, within a forum topic. The TSP plugin displays an identifier for each poster. Having the different identifiers allows our members to follow an individual's thoughts/posts and respond to the anonymous poster.

I need to run a query that produces a list of members and their postal addresses. When I look at the nexus_customer_addresses, the address column is formatted like this: {"lat":null,"long":null,"addressLines":["17 N. State Street 19th Floor"],"city":"Chicago","region":"Illinois","country":"US","postalCode":60602} How can I extract the pieces of information, such as address, city, state,and zipcode, and put them into separate columns when I run my query?

I found that the issue involved the time zone. The event on the evening of 10/27 DST actually had a date of 10/28 GMT. Would it be possible for you to add a feature that sends the reminder 2 or 3 days prior to the event date?

When the task ran at 5 am this morning, it sent reminders for an event that occurred at 7:45 pm last night. Do you have a clue what could cause this?

Yes, I want task to run only once per day. However, reminders were sent out today for only the first event of the day. The members who registered for our evening event did not receive reminders. What could cause the task to skip the evening event?

I have the task running at my desired time. Should the task send reminders for all events that are scheduled for the same day that the task runs? Or does the task send reminders for just 1 event per day?

I ran the task at 5 am; it runs at that new time every day. However, today it sent out reminder emails for only the first event today, which is being held at 12:15 pm. Our event reminder emails are being sent out at 5:55 pm on the day of the event, which is usually after the event has occurred. How can we make the email task run earlier in the day, maybe 1 am? We are still on IPS 4.4.10, but hope to upgrade to 4.6 soon.

The plug-in does not work with Invision 4.4. When the member tries to post anonymously, the member is redirected to the user registration page. It is related to the new feature that allows users to post before registering. Please fix the plug-in. Our members use the plug-in frequently.
