Jim, so the subscription expires if they do not make a payment or it fails? However, extending the grace period would allow them a bit of latitude, correct, and not expire the subscription.

Why do subscriptions expire on products can you clarify? I have a group of memberships and no invoice is made, and then I lose the customer or they email me and ask why they lost access. Is it set by the grace period when I make a product? I never want the purchase to expire unless they cancel. Can you lend some insight, please? How can this be changed?

What ticket are you referring to I sent an email but didn't see an answer if you still have a ticketing system that would be a lot better if so where is it?

One customer ask me how he can update his credit card information on the forum side. I could not see a way for him to do it but I could add it under manage in the admin control panel. I s there a way for him to do it on the forum side in the customer settings somewhere? Or, must all this be done on the processor side such as Stripe or Paypal. I could not find any info on how the customer can update it.
