I just updated Bookmarks and updated the IPS platform and members still cannot access their Bookmarks. We have been without the use of them for about 2 months now. I waited for the update thinking that would fix it, but since it hasn't fixed it, can we look at this closer and find out what is wrong? Here is a screenshot of what one member sees. Thanks!

ERROR - EXO Members are reporting no access to Bookmarks with the error code EXO. The weird thing is that not everyone is getting this error. Still not able to add Member Lists to a published menu. Any updates on this issue? Thanks! Sorry, just now seeing this. No, I don't think I've ever had another member list installed, though I do have a Member Map application. And yes, default theme is my go-to for double-checking issues. PS - Fosters.Tech says the community is not available.

Will this theme get an update for compatibility with 4.3? I upgraded to 4.3 and it looks like some of the theme functions were compromised (search no longer works properly, for example). No pressure! Just wondering if and when. Thanks! -troy

Somehow the issue corrected itself before IPS could respond to your input. They took that as an opportunity to blow it off and just told me to let them know if it happens again. I don't know what the issue was. And I hear you regarding not mentioning third-parties, but I only mentioned you in the ticket *exactly* because their first response is almost always to dismiss issues as being the fault of third-parties. I like to make it clear to them that I have already checked with any relevant third-parties. I appreciate your patience and information because I am saving it for if it happens again. Thanks! -troy

Hi TAMAN, I got this as a reply from IPS: "Before we start to look at this, could you please gain more information from the theme provider? If they have explicitly stated that this is a bug within the IPS software, then they must have found something in order to determine this. This would help us to ascertain what you can do to resolve the problem."

Cover Photos for profiles seem to be missing all of a sudden. I uploaded and installed an updated theme just to be safe, but all cover images are now gone. Do you know what might have happened? Thanks!

PRIVATE CLUB POSTS in DIGEST We've discovered that private posts to private clubs are showing up in the daily digest. Is there a way to keep private clubs from being included in the newsletter? Or is there a way for only the members of the private club to receive those posts in their digest? Thanks!

Nope, I showed you both. I appreciate the help though! I've checked both the View List and Can Access Module and all are set properly.

Isn't that what I just showed you in the other post here? That's when you asked me if I knew there were two places to set permissions? Maybe I'm misunderstanding?

Yeah, I think I have that done correctly. The application is online and active, and then I have these all checked for the dropdown from the application for "can access module". Is that what you meant?

All permissions are set properly... everyone can view list. hmmmm

No matter what I do, I cannot get Members to show up in site menu. I don't know why. It's listed in the admin view, but doesn't show up as published.

QUESTION: how often does the set of links change when set to Random? As in, is it a new set every 24 hours, every time you refresh the page? Or is it only random one time and does not change?
