Is it a review system (same like in the forum store of products) that members can leave reviews of the draw, if enabled? Or or has a different meaning?

    However, that is incorrect, as I am using a test account in the member group. So should be able to enter. I also ran a draw for about week, with 0 participants, as they were unable to enter also, despite correct user group.

    Hello, I had a draw running for about 5 days, strangely no one entered it. Only then did someone message me saying that they can not take a ticket. I have created a new test draw, checked the user permissions and the test account I used should be able to enter, but the same, the button is red saying that they can not participate. I have the latest forum software and running PHP 8.x, not sure why it isn't working as user permissions appear to be correct and prize added etc. Is this a known issue, any idea how to fix it so that I can start some prize draws again? I have version 3.3.6 of @stoo2000's great application Trader Feedback System: It was all working perfectly, however since upgrading to PHP 8.x and the latest forum software the profile tabs have stopped appearing (though have been no change to the user group settings) and when I go to Community > Trading Feedback > Settings, I get the following error: There were a few resent errors on my board with things that needed some fields in the database to be removed or old plugins to be removed. Do anyone know what could be causing the above error? Thanks in advance again to the great support of the invision support forum!
  6. Now it keeps logging me out after this chance. Despite being on a VPN without changing IP. Keeps logging me out of Admin.

  8. Thanks @Randy Calvert, that’s great. Are the daily database backups also stored for several weeks? Or how many individual last days are saved before they are overwritten? And is it possible to still save manual database backup downloads locally?
  9. Thank you so much for that Jim. Now pages seems to be working perfectly! Still a few more more issues to eventually resolve 😅 once all fixed I think it will be easier to switch to Invision's Cloud service. An off topic question, the daily backup snapshots that you take of cloud forums, how many days history do you save of these? And I presume that these backups do not count towards the GB needed? For example a 2000GB forum can use the 3000GB Team cloud option? And still there will be backups made for it daily?

  11. That you, would you know how I can remove that? As I can’t enable pages to remove via the widget. Also, not sure how I would find which one is causing the issue? Any advice? Many thanks for taking the time on this and for your fast replies, it’s greatly appreciated!

  13. I’ve just disabled the pages plug-in again as if left enabled all forum pages (not just the ones with the pages all) are inaccessible.
  14. Maybe pages wasn’t installed correctly. As there was an issue with that and it was ‘locked’ after invision have installed it, it’s still jot working. And there are no errors.
  15. I didn’t get that. And not in my junk folder either. Email support system isn’t very reliable as neither of us can be sure the other has received the email. There are no PHP errors on the server. Please can you escalate the ticket to be checked by the next support level? It will be greatly appreciated to get the core functionality of invision working.
  16. I think my reply must have ended up in your junk folder again? As no reply since this morning. Thank you to Invision for updating the pages application on my board. But to confirm, the pages application is still not working, if I enable it, the front end goes completely white (not a single element on the page), this is on any forum page and including the forum index. This is not a permissions issue. If I enabled pages, the pages application doesn't work.
  17. Thank you @Jim M for escalating it. I have just doubled checked and the email is in my outbox, so perhaps it has gone to your junk folder. I do recall one of your sales representatives in the past kept saying I didn’t reply to him, but I had sent several emails without a reply. I wasn’t sure if he just didn’t want to answer my questions 😄 or maybe occasionally my emails go to the invision junk folder (most likely)
  18. Thank you @Randy Calvert, I had assumed the warning was some sort of error. I have now switched a VPN on, so stable IP address, and touch wood it seems to be processing the queue manually and hasn't logged me off.
  19. Thank you for the suggestion. Not using CloudFlare. I can't see that setting within my community, is it related to only if there is CloudFlare enabled? Not on a VPN connection right now, so should be OK.
  20. Yes, updated to the latest version of that today which was released 3 hours ago. Even after disabling your application the usual core notifications of invision are not loading at an expected speed. If I try to run manually it works for a short time (a min or two, time varies) and then logs me out with the error in screenshot above. No other errors that relate to it that I can see in error/system logs. Even if I do nothing it seems to be randomly logging me out now. A huge list of issues since upgrading the PHP
  21. Any update on this? I received an email from you at 14:03 UK time (now 18:22) it was a generic message asking to update login credentials. I had already updated them so they should be working, I replied to this and asked which details exactly are not working. But since have not heard back.
  22. Not sure, disabled that application. And still the notifications are processing so slowly, and still getting that logout error above.
  23. There is a large queue for: Adding country flag to existing members without countries. All of the other notifications that are queued are all different topics, and just usually topic notifications. Wouldn't expect it to be taking this long. I will keep trying to run manually but: Every time I run manually it then logs me out after a very small amount of time, even though no change of IP address.   24. Thanks @Daniel F! Server is on PHP 8.2 Cron I think was set on 8.0, this has been changed to 8.2 and I think/hope that it is working now. Still seems incredibly slow, but I guess will be able to see if it is working correctly once this massive queue has been processed and then see if it quickly processes new tasks or not.
  25. Notifications are not sending since upgrading to PHP 8.x and the latest forum software. If I click on run manually they are updating incredibly slowly. Like 0.01% 0.02% etc at a time. Cron is set up correctly and working on the server apparently. Any idea what may be causing this notifications to not send, and any idea how to fix? Many thanks in advance.
