  1. Sounds like it’s time to switch to Windows 🤣. I kid... Few different ways on Mac: https://macpaw.com/how-to/scroll-on-mac Wish all OS would just build something in like iOS . Be a mic drop to the ugly “back to top” buttons 🙂.
  2. Instagram actually has a service you can pay now for account recovery assistance if your account gets hacked, that is how much of an issue it has become. Reddit has username and email available. I would guess they are soon going to get rid of username.
  3. Providers directory is located here: https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers-directory/ If you do not find someone you're looking for, have you contacted them? May just be they haven't finsihed setting up their website yet.
  4. You would see your settings in the ACP -> Spam Prevention -> Geolocation Settings:
  5. Version 4 will keep the support desk. It will be removed in version 5.
  6. The Marketplace is only how third-party applications, plugins, themes, etc... were sold. All our first-party applications will still be sold by us.
  7. If this is on your community using our Commerce application, this is not related to any of the discussion in this topic. Commerce is an application created by us and is not third party.
  8. I have removed these blocks for you now from our system 🙂 .
  9. If you were to move your root domain to our Cloud platform, you can add whatever DNS records you need to it (so long as they don't conflict with what we need to host your community 🙂 ) . If you were to use a sub-domain here on our Cloud platform, you remain in control over your DNS, we just supply you what you need to point the sub-domain here. In sending email out from your community, we have our own Cloud email sending service that is provided as a part of your package. If that is not something you want to use, you can still use the same options available to you on self-hosted, SendGrid or SMTP (or a third party application API).
  10. So where do I sign up for the AWS discount? 😄 You definitely made a positive impact here and know you'll do the same at AWS. Best of luck to you, Jordan!
  11. Same here. Even with a few bad word breaks
  12. That would be @Mark H cooking 🤐 .
  13. Achievements has been my favorite. My community loves being able to earn and progress through the ranks through the rules we've setup.
  14. Sorry for that, please try again. We were moving some pieces on our end.
