Hello, i own quite a large community existing 25 years now with over 70.000 members and over 5.6 million posts and gigs of attachments, In all this years, an incredible amount of knowledge was acumulated especially in the tech part of my community and i'm searching for a way to make this knowledge accessible. Topics are reaching hundreds of pages discussing certain topics, information is buried there. I was thinking about training an AI with all my community data. What do you guys think about this? If Invision could provide such a feature, this would be hugen Best, Mike

Are you planning to change this based on my argumentation? You are causing massive problems in the EU with this. It would be sufficient if there would be a switch to switch off member moderation entries.

Team Directory
Hello, in my community i have some accounts for administrating purposes: Like an account for invision staff or for my IT admin. All of them are working in the background, therefore their first member group is "members" an the secondary is "Super Administrators" for giving them the needed rights. But although they are only Administrators in the secondary group, the show up in the staff directory. Why is that and how can i prevent that? In my opinion, this makes no sense at all.

Bug: Member activities show up in MODERATION log
Hello, in the Moderation log, also activities from members (like editing a post) show up. I would have expected, that ONLY moderation activities from moderators show up (like flagging as spammer and so on). Also, this bug leads to the fact, that IP adresses are stored unnecessarily, overriding the prune IP adress setting. With that, this bug is not only inconvenient, it's also a huge legal problem.

Guys, havening the same problem: I want to get rid of the google fonts due to GDPR reasons. But i struggle to find the settings mentioned above. AdminCP doesn't show any results on "font" either... Help anyone?

Somehow it seems that this option vanished at some point...or it changed location. Initially it was in the Safety and Security menu together with the possibility to download gdpr data. Is the account deletion option for users still available and where dini find it?

Is there a possibility to create a feedback loop if the AI's answer is not correct? I won't be abke to tag all valuable posta, but the users could by giving feedback. Are there any AI engines existing suitable for my use case?

Deleting IP Addresses does not work
If that approach collides with current EU law, i guess you would need to change that unless you dont care if you lose every serious EU customer. Edit: In my opinion this is not a corner problem but fully Invision's responsibility to offer compliant products for a market as big as the EU.

i got feedback on my ticket that it is a bug in the software. I told them, that i have to stress out that violating current laws regarding PII can mean severe penalties for those running a community. That's why i urge invision to bring up a quick solution and not wait for an upcoming release. Answer was: I'll see if we can release a patch for this once my code changes were reviewed and merged for the next release.

I'm talkink about stored IP addresses, not email addresses at this point. According to the Member History ******** was last used at 04/17/2023 ******* was last used at 04/17/2023 ******** was last used at 06/05/2022 So it's stored longer than 30 days. Or do i misinterpret something ? This user has e.g. a even longer "history": Member History Besides that, it would be interesting how to delete certain PII data after 30 days like the IP addresses.

Yesterday i set that IP addresses of members shall be deleted after 30 days. But even today, when in downloas PII data, older IPs are still there. How to fix this?
