i not resolved issue - will try - disable all plugins and apps and themes - and enable one by one

I disabled all and enable one by one - no system error on admincp PHP use 7.4.3 and databases was never problem -

Disable all 3-rd plugins and apps!

Made language and still problem - now i update 4.7.1 and same problem see
