No, indeed It does not seem to be a problem related to user specifications. I have tried with another site with the same browser/S.O. and the $ shows up fine. So most likely it is something related to the server specs.

The app does not provide a database import functionality. This can be done by creating a special script, but it is something that must be defined and quoted as "custom work". You can choose the user group from membershop from the settings.

Unfortunately, the timing now is not what it used to be. There is a stricter control when sending new updates to the marketplace. It can take up to 20 days for a file to be approved. Then there is the technical time to find and fix a bug. So one month could be the new 'standard' time for the resolution of a non 'serious' bug. The good thing is that, except in rare cases that escape double-checking (developer-IPS), there will be apps and plugins of higher quality than there were a few years ago.

As @opentype suggested I fixed the issue with two rsync: /board_root/downloads -> /board_root/uploads /board_root/screenshots -> /board_root/uploads Data storage is ok. @Daniel F If you need to investigate, you can create a ticket. As you wish.
