Data Processing Agreement (Cloud Services)

We have prepared a new Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for our European Community in the Cloud (CIC) customers. You may download a pre-signed version of the agreement below. To execute the agreement, please follow the instructions within the agreement. Once executed, the agreement will allow us to transfer data to U.S. as necessary to perform the services you've requested.
