Timezone on log system is advanced more (3 hours)

Hi devs,

The timezone on system (logs) is confusion, because the my timezone is GMT -3  (America/Sao_Paulo) but on my logs after open log the time is wrong.

Example this:

Date/Time is fine on this page

But when I click the file log specific I get another time:

On the log system the time is advanced for more : 3 hours

And my cPanel server is time is :

Then, the log system make the file with the correct time info, but when you open the file log : This log have another time info.
