Screenshots crash after modifying file description

File images or screenshots of files as you call them,
When I press the "Edit" button even if I did not touch the file or change either the title or the description, within a minute or more or less I find the screenshot does not appear, although it appears inside the file,
To fix it you must press the "Upload a new version" button and send it
