Rebuild topic content not work

In the Download categories and going to Forum Topics and clicking on Rebuild topic content, it appears that it is being rebuilt but it does not happen,

This problem occurred in beta 2, it was not present in beta 1

I did not report it because I thought it was an unintentional error, but unfortunately it is still present in beta 3
