Post Editor: No Spaces Between Inserted Image and Text Using 'Insert Line Before/After'

I've been raising this since a hundred Alphas ago, and it's still a huge issue in Beta 1. Pleeeeeeeaaaaassse fix it, it's super frustrating.

To clarify the issue:

• Write post
• Insert media image
• Click either 'Insert line below' or 'Insert line after'
• (optional) click the space that is created
• Discover that the line created has no margin against the inserted image
• Text is super cramped right next to the image and looks bad

Any text inserted before or after an image should act like a new paragraph, with full margins against it as expected. It's a hassle to have to keep moving the cursor to the start of a text line, keep hitting the Return and Backspace key on a keyboard to make the post editor understand that I want a new paragraph and not just two or three line breaks... it's even more frustrating on mobile, because of all the tapping that is required in order to work around the issue.

Please, I beg, fix this issue. 🙂
