Issue with language update strings and upload versions

1. Go to AdminCP
2. Add new Phrase
3. After add new strings langs
4. Try download your (Lang with news strings) and upload the file version for another community
5. After upload the version updated, the new strings added's does not yet on the current updated file

If you use 2 communities, for example, one community for development and the other active community.
After making text changes in the language system of the development community, after downloading the updates and uploading them to the other community, you will not have the updates.

Although the version shown by the system is consistent, the new entries are not added, forcing you to repeat the process in your projects.
