April 7Apr 7 Community Expert Please disable all 3rd party iem and then check this again. If this is then still happening, let us know and we can take a closer look for you
April 7Apr 7 Author We have not installed any third-party applications and have not made any other changes
April 7Apr 7 Community Expert We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
April 7Apr 7 Community Expert We have not installed any third-party applications and have not made any other changesThe thing is that errors don't just pop up out of nowhere. Something triggers them. How about your theme, are you using the default unmodified one? When did this issue happen for the first time?
April 7Apr 7 Author Okay, the login details are saved.Yes, I've adjusted the default theme (font size and scaling).
April 7Apr 7 Community Expert Thank you for providing us those details. It seems to be specific to your user and likely, a gallery album that was not completely removed. I have moved this to a ticket so we can further investigate.
