It is not possible to move a topic to a blog. You can create a blog entry which has content which is just a link to the topic but that's about it.

Before in v 4.7 was under topic/editor = blog post

It was not possible to move blogs to topics in 4.7 either

As mentioned above, this is something that isn't possible with the out of the box features. However it it's possible to achive this with a custom app.

I made new entries in Blog and works! Thanks!
