After clicking "Create My Account" you get sent to the index of the forum - no message saying that you should check your inbox to verify your email. However, if you refresh, the message will show.

Also, the email is not getting sent.

Please help.

What version of Ipb do you have and was there any recent modifications/changes done to the forum prior to this happening?

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

What do you need more than Admin CP access? I have updated it.

Classic self hosted is self hosted. Please could you clarify which site this is on? The one hosted by us or by you?

After testing creating an account on my iPhone (Google Chrome), I notice that the "verify email" confirmation screen is showing there, but not when signing up on my desktop (Macbook, Google Chrome)

Please disable all 3rd party applications and ensure you are using a default theme, then test again. If you still see issues, we need all access details to be up to date, including ftp

No third party applications installed and I am using the default theme.

Can you confirm you are seeing the same issue when trying to sign-up on desktop?

I cant as your site does not allow my email address. Please ensure all invisionpower.com emails are allowed on the site
