When I run https://k333610.invisionservice.com/admin/?app=core&module=support&controller=support

I get 0 errors.

Any ideas?

It appears those pages have since been removed, so I'm not sure what happened there unfortunately. If you can replace what you had, I can certainly take a look for you

  • Author

Yes i did remove them as i need to get this site up and ready.

The system logs have multiple template errors showing.

The system logs have multiple template errors showing.

Are they the same errors, or new ones? Can you also check your server error logs to see if there have been any recent messaged logged in there? What was the latest change done to the forum prior to this happening? If you disable all third party stuff, do the errors still occur?

Many are the same error as below. No new errors since March 11 as I removed the folder navigation from the side panel.

No 3rd party stuff in use.

Do you have a page where this is present again so we can review it in real time? If the items in question have been removed it is hard for us to troubleshoot it.

I tried it again and got no errors, however I am using 1 file vs 3 files before.

OK. If you see any further, please leave the issue in place so we can investigate.

I get this error when any of the articles are selected for viewing.

And yes it is active and no I have not moved anything.

No other changes or modifications done to the forum? What if you disable all third party stuff, does it still occur?

No other third party items. Also, just a software admin created theme(s).

Try including only one file and see if that works. It did for me. I got the same errors when using 3 files. That may give the team more info to track the bug.

Can you please explain what you mean by "including 3 files"? I'm not quite following. Do you mean 3 pages in the folder? Or something else?

For me the error surfaced when multiple pages in folder. If I remember correctly it made no difference if they had a parent or not.

I can confirm this is a bug. Logging it internally.

I should add that this error is on 5.03 The system will not upgrade my site to 5.05 for some reason.

5.0.3 is the latest release. 5.0.4 is currently in beta.

  • 4 weeks later...

Any update on this?

This should be in 5.0.6.

Unfortunately, I don't believe this made the cut for 5.0.6. Still throwing errors here.

Please clear your browser cache and your site cache, as I believe that may well be the issue. When I log in and look, I see the folder navigation item you have added with no issues

The folder items display, yes. The error is thrown when you click on any of the records there. System cache and browser cache is cleared.

I have taken a look at this, and this is not related in any way to the folder navigation. Your custom templates are out of date and using functions which arent compatible with the latest release by the look of it. I created a new template set for records called defaultRecordTemplate, and applied it to that database instead of "Mind Display 6 3", and you can see that does indeed work
