Went to submit a support ticket but was unable to do so, said I had no email support and no option to add it either. You'd think after upgrading your license to be able to use v5 you'd have email support... Customer Portal said to post on the forums but it brought me to the forum index.

Anyways, just upgraded from v4's last version to v5.0.3 and there are a LOT of entries in the system logs. I don't want to bring my community online until they can all be addressed and resolved. Multiple entries for SQL and even template issues.

core_theme_editor_settings' doesn't exist

This looks to be from the upgrade process so you can ignore.

 

Custom templates store missing

Are you still seeing this in the log? Are you able to reproduce this?

I just brought my site online. The totals for the above numbers as found via get Get Support in ACP has not increased.

The ones I'm seeing in the System log are:

  • upgrade_error

  • template_error

  • template_store_missing

  • uncaught_exception

I'll be monitoring for any errors that appear after this.

You can empty the System Logs as those errors are related to the upgrade process.
