1. Allow us to pick which emoji display, and in which order.

2. The custom emojis I uploaded are 20 x 20px. When posted they are far smaller than that.
   Allow them to be posted in the uploaded size.

I've noticed that too with custom emojis and cannot find a setting to make them the original size again!

That's where you would add a @media rule and adjust per desktop/mobile.
