I am in the process of configuring my store and when I want to do this I get a forbidden error page.

Can anyone help me?

You need to check what is blocking that on your server. Generally we find this is things like mod_security

I deactivated mod_security via the htaccess file but without success

Can you check your server error log page and see what messages have beem logged there recently? It might contain clues as to what is causing the issue.

I contacted them but they think it came from you.

I am convinced that the problem comes from my hosting.

I get a 401 error with this request

Update :

The solution was to disable the CDN on the host side (Content Delivery Network)
