Can you check the server error log and post here the most recent messages logged in there?
February 8Feb 8 Author Were there any changes done to either the forum or server prior to those issues happening? Can you check the server error log and post here the most recent messages logged in there?Hi,No changes that I'm aware of.Its a cloud account, and I can't access ACP to see the error logs.Ive found a similar report Given the last comment by Marc, i think it may be related to my issue. There also seems to be an intermittent problem, as I've been able to log in via my phone twice since I first reported in here.It did go back to 'Error 403 for the forum' after I'd logged out though. Still no joy on a PC for the forum or ACP.

February 8Feb 8 Community Expert Its a cloud account, and I can't access ACP to see the error logs.In thiat case I think it would be better if you started a support ticket about this at your Client Area.
February 8Feb 8 Author Looks like cookies. Try to login from PC using incognito mode. That worked.Ironically, my browsers set to clear cookies, history etc etc when closed. I had the problems when I first switched on the pc this morning though, so bit of a mystery there. In thiat case I think it would be better if you started a support ticket about this at your Client Area. Now I can get into ACP, there's no errors in the log. There's a few 'uncaught exceptions' errors from a few days ago with a bulk email I sent, but nothing after 6 Feb.
February 8Feb 8 Author It looks like the issues have been solved then. Glad to see that.Still can't log into the forum or ACP from my normal browser though, only through 'incognito mode'Ice made sure I'm on the latest version of browser, cleared cache/data/cookies/historyclosed browser and restarted it.

February 8Feb 8 Community Expert Solution This is due to a DNS misconfiguration on your end. I have transferred this to a ticket and sent you the changes you need to make. Please check your email 😊
