I don’t see why it wouldn’t on the MySQL and I know it works with PHP 8 as I am using 8.4 with it.

From the client area:

If you want to perform a manual upgrade, make sure your server is still compatible with our requirements which may have changed from the version you are running:

  • PHP 8.1.0 or above (8.2.0 or above recommended).

  • MySQL 8.0.13 or above .

Not only will we support them, they are the minimum, as mentioned above

@Wes Elrod : If you can, try to make sure it's the best version of PHP that your Invision script supports.

4.7 is PHP 8.1 (I think) 8.2 and 8.3 aren't officially supported, if I am right.

If you are on 5.0, you may want to consider setting 8.3 with all the needed extensions, but as mentioned, 8.1 is still used by some as the minimum version.

@Marc I don't know how to update my forum to v5.0 from v4.7.20?

You will need to check that the member's group has permission to do so in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> Display Name Changes.

As you're cloud, you can request it via the Client Area -> Manage Purchases -> click your package -> Upgrade to Invision Community 5
