Default view of no access forums

I think instead of showing the user name and the date of the last entry it would be nicer if there is a message that you don’t have access to this forum without the proper permission. Active client or something else. The current list is kinda useless.

You check for permissions anyway so some kind of a configurable content unavailable view would be nice. You could configure a specific message and icon in ACP.
