I just migrated servers (same domain) using this guide. When I got to this Software Configuration step, my AdminCP doesn't seem to display what is being asked for:

2. Log into your admin control panel and run through the support tools by visiting System>Support>Support, and selecting "something isnt working correctly". You will need to select next only until it states cache has been cleared.

I cleared cache in my adminCP System > Support > Get Support page but can't find any 'Something isn't working correctly' option.

My forum is working so far but I worry it's still pointing to my old server, cause I didn't technically complete the step the way the guide specified.

How will I know if it's now pointing to the new server?

One of my users just logged in and got an Error 500 error.

And when I visit site from my AdminCP, it works. But when I visit my site from my main website nav bar, it brings up the error. Does this mean it's not reflecting the server move yet?

Can you check your server error logs and see what messages are logged in there most recently?

My server error log (the one under public_html) has these recent messages:

[31-Dec-2024 20:59:08 UTC] PHP Warning:  Attempt to read property "post_title" on null in .../public_html/wp-content/plugins/hide-page-and-post-title/hide-page-and-post-title.php on line 90
[31-Dec-2024 21:00:23 UTC] PHP Warning:  Undefined variable $paged in .../public_html/wp-content/themes/memberoni/templates/blocks/block-contentgrid.php on line 111

(... being my directory)

A new development is that I also just got logged off my AdminCP automatically and now have this error message:ScreenShot2024-12-31at4_42_13PM.thumb.png.eb4f38b96acd25658b8c2a1a3e054a66.png

Is my theme the problem then?

Also how do I get back into my AdminCP? I don't have a constants.php file. At least not for Invision when I search for it.

You would need to check that the table there is missing. If it is, you’ll need to restore to backup when it was present.

Ok. How would I be able to tell if my board had moved to the new server already? I noticed in the AdminCP that it was still reflecting the old IP address.

You would ask your hosting provider

My hosting provider had said it had already been moved but the AdminCP still shows the old IP address.

Is this something that only populates sometime after the files and database are migrated?

No. It would be DNS related probably. If you see the old IP for your server, you’re connected to the old server

Do you have Wordpress installed as well? I am asking because the error messages you posted seem to be related to it rather than Ipb.
