It has been mentioned that v4 will still be supported even after v5 has been released. For how long, I don't know.

Is there a specific reason you are asking?

No reason - just will ask!

The next release would be 4.7.20 I would think

We will maintain v4, but there will not be any new major version, such as 4.8.
