Hi, as of today im getting a message

[[Template core/front/global/updateWarning is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

 

I did run support and it said xml was missing, ask site host to add it. I did that. Site host said it should work now.

Hi @pking100,

Are you able to access your AdminCP?

If so, go into it and then System -> Support -> Get Support -> Clear System Caches (under the heading Tools & Diagnostics).

I had got into admin and ran support initially.

Now it won't let me past ...

It looks like you have a 3rd party item that is causing you issues there. Please disable all those first of all. 

Also, it looks like you are not on the latest release. You should also update that to the latest

unfortunately I can't get on admin to do anything.
