No - just new site - no plugins 

It's trying to reach a cached file in the data storage which doesn't exist or that your web server has the ability to access. You can try clearing cache in ACP -> Support -> Clear System Cache. Alternatively, if that fails, you'd need to check why your server can't access the datastorage folder.

Att clear cach in admin cp - helps not - have errors with PHP or SMTP email
