On your community, click your avatar and display name in the top right-hand corner -> Theme Editor -> Header -> Desktop header You can click and drag to reorder header elements. Just a thought: make sure that in your theme editor, your page layout is set to Classic? Then follow Gary's instructions. Basically have the categories with a background colour to separate them from the forums visually. You would add it to the CSS section of the theme editor. Of course you would change the color to what you need. In all honesty though, if you are asking the question there, you may struggle with CSS directly yourself.
