Have you uploaded a full fresh set of files?

uploading a fresh set of files worked perfectly for me, if you are still having issues, it would be a wise step to take.

I currently have no issues. I just have that constant in my constants.php that didn't exist before. I don't mind keeping it if it won't create a problem.
