Posted September 17, 2024Sep 17 hello, I cannote receive any notifications about registered member. I have to access to the dashboard to check it. Suggestions?
September 17, 2024Sep 17 Community Expert This is an admin notification option. If you log in to the admin CP, and click the notification icon there, you can change your own settings for notifications, including recieving an email when someone registers.

September 17, 2024Sep 17 Community Expert It is indeed possible if there are issues with smtp on the server. As the emails are indeed being sent, you would need to investigate alongside your hosting company to ascertain why emails are not being sent via the SMTP method
