bobwifcon Posted May 30 Posted May 30 (edited) I added the latest 2 updates this morning. Now I cannot log-in to my board! Where do I get help to fix this? Edited May 30 by bobwifcon
bobwifcon Posted May 30 Author Posted May 30 I go to my site and click in my administrator name and nothing happens. This should take me to my log-in name etc, instead to log-in. I have not added any third party things.

I would go to your ACP at /admin in your browser and login there then clear cache in ACP > Support.
bobwifcon Posted May 30 Author Posted May 30 1. I go to my site. 2. I click bob7947. 3. Nothing happens. 4 When I click it should lead me to my log-in but ut doesn't. Below is as far as if goes. https://www.wifcon.com/discussion/#elUserLink_menu Use my log in and click my admin name. Nothing happens.
bobwifcon Posted May 30 Author Posted May 30 OK. I go to the discussion board. I go to log in and get this url "https://www.wifcon.com/discussion/#elUserLink_menu" I click it to open the menu. The menu does not come up. I cannot access ACP.
bobwifcon Posted May 30 Author Posted May 30 The Problems are worse than I thought. I cannot post a topic -- period. I just checked. No one has posted to my forum since I installed the upgrades.

Daniel F Posted May 30 Posted May 30 You're missing the JS files, which should be resolved by clearing the cache on the ACP => Support site. 25 minutes ago, bobwifcon said: Use my log in and click my admin name. Nothing happens. I was able to log into your ACP with the credentials we have on file and have cleared the cache, which in fact resolved the frontend JS issue. Hex@gones 1
Solution bobwifcon Posted May 30 Author Solution Posted May 30 I am able tp lof in now. Thanks. Let me check if I can find anything else. It looks like that resolved the issue. Thanks.
Hex@gones Posted May 31 Posted May 31 I had the same problem and clearing the cache in ACP > Support fixes this problem. Thanks Daniel F for the solution.
Andreas Grace Posted May 31 Posted May 31 (edited) Personally, I always clear cache after updates. It has helped more than once. In a sense, I think maybe it should be the final step of Invision update installer scripts. Edited May 31 by Andreas Grace
