This issue is fixed in 4.7.17.

My version is v4.7.17 Beta 3

Are these logs dated before or after you upgraded to 4.7.17 Beta?

The errors are present after the update.

Could I confirm you have now updated to the final release? Also please ensure you are disabling everything before testing, as I note in your screenshot there are 3rd party items loaded there
