I encountered an error while trying to move/convert one community to a new one. Both communities are running the latest IPS.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

@Jim M Actually it was the default Admin temp user instead of email as logging with the email is disabled. Fixed!

Fixed. Now I see that every time I click on the temp admin link, a new pass is generated. Updated the latest one. If it still does not work, please PM me to send details.

Your ticket is awaiting response from developers so someone will be in contact soon once they have a chance to investigate the error.

The migration is now complete. After the tech team fixed the converter for my particular case I managed to complete the conversion without any hassle.
