Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt November 11, 2024
Paulo Coradini Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Hi guys, how are you? I'm installing the forum and I'm encountering the following error: It's something on my host, correct? How do I guide the company to release the installation?
Paulo Coradini Posted March 29, 2024 Author Posted March 29, 2024 No, any file in IPB folder show the same error

Randy Calvert Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 Not found would indicate either you uploaded files to the wrong spot or your server is configured wrong. In either case, it's not a software issue. A 404 error (not found) would not be a PHP issue regardless of version. The server can't find a file to even have it processed by PHP.

Marc Posted April 2, 2024 Posted April 2, 2024 You need to contact your hosting company. The messages there are coming from your server, so its not even getting as far as our software unfortunately
