Yes, so either the file was never able to be written there in the first place, or it has been removed and should still exist. Please update your FTP details on file so I can take a look

    Still waiting for the server support team's reply, The ticket status is still a work in progress, but now suddenly counters are working, not sure what happened will add the update once done

it is updated

I've taken a look at this, and I dont think this is related to your issue. By guess is that its just that far behind its not caught up yet. If you have access to PHPMyAdmin, could you please let me know how many rows there are in the core_view_updates table?

Yes, you need to set up a cron job for your tasks and ensure its running once a minute, But its going to take time to catch up there

This is something set up on your server. Its something your hosting company would need to assist with if you are unsure on how

No, this is recommended set up for self hosted clients

Please resolve the issue above first, and then we can concentrate on those, as those arent what is causing you the issues at present
