Hi, 

Can someone help me how to change the Settings for our mail domains? 

Out Google and Yahoo E-Mail accounts didn't receive any notification mails anymore.

They are not Cloud hosted would want to work with their DNS provider, most likely their hosting provider.

We talked already to them and they told me, that they can't change that for us. 

I have looked in den AdminCP but didn't find anything helpful. 

@Jim M so you are sure, that our Host have to change in this case? 

You need to access the DNS settings for the domain that handles email delivery. 

Is the domain registered with the host or somewhere else? If they say, they can’t do it, maybe they just meant that it’s not part of their service and you need to do it yourself.

That is a valid point. I didn't have thought of that, tanks. 

Maybe that is what they mean. I will inform here.

Looking at your nameservers, your DNS is using Ezoic. You would need to have them add/alter/remove records for you or do so in their DNS area.
