February 21, 2024Feb 21 Please could you provide some examples I can take a look at? If they are posting and you have posting disabled, either your settings are out, or there is an issue somewhere.

February 21, 2024Feb 21 To clarify, there are indeed areas with those permissions to post. However they appear to be in a technical support area, so not sure if thats intentional on those. If its not, I would need an example
February 22, 2024Feb 22 Author Hey Marc, we did allow guests to post in technical support but nowhere else. We are getting roughly 1-2 posts from Guests each day. I will DM you a URL to an example of a post.

We don't allow guest accounts the permission to post in the other forums, but somehow we are recently getting exactly that.

It's designed to allow them...they can "Post before registering" as your members group has permissions to do so... If someone in your members group can post in a location where guests cannot, then guests will be able to post.
February 22, 2024Feb 22 This is happening when people post on your site as a guest, using post before register. You actually shouldnt be able to see that post unless they do register, but they are showing on your site. This is very likely the result of one of your 3rd party applications. I would advise on disabling all of those, then trying to do a new topic while logged out in the same section, then logging in as yourself to see if you can see it. You shouldnt be able to
