Posted February 9, 20241 yr Hello, I have problem when upgrading, it doesnt accept auto upgrade and request manual update. This problem haven't seen before when i choose full cms features package. My website update in progress over two hours. Anyone can help me this suation? Regards Chinh

February 10, 20241 yr Community Expert If you need to download files, you would do so from your client area: https://invisioncommunity.com/clientarea Once you have downloaded the files, you would upload them to your website and then visit domain.com/admin/upgrade. There is a document in the help area that talks about this more:

Depending on what version you're upgrading from, it could be something on our end or your servers. I'd recommend doing the manual upgrade that Randy pointed to. Then see on the next upgrade if you encounter the same issue and see what the issue is. There may be an issue with permissions on your server or a block in obtaining/extracting files, etc...

March 20, 20241 yr Same problem here. Auto-upgrade is broken from IPS admin: Refused to display 'https://xxx/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'
