Hello, I notice this fatal error bug in Invision, is there anything we can do to prevent this?
Could contain: Page, Text, Book, Publication

You need to ask your hosting provider if he could increase that limit.

Second option is to split the lang files to each application , core, forum etc to different files

You would need to review with your hosting provider why this is taking this long. It reasonably should not unless there is an underlying server issue.
