Hello we have a problem that has never occurred before.
During the user registration process the captcha is not loaded and prevents the completion of the operation.
The captcha, whatever it is - google, hcaptcha and others - appears only occasionally and randomly and, in this case, allows registration correctly.
We do not have any captcha plugins installed and the Invision Community version is v4.7.12

Please test this on a default unaltered theme first of all. Looking at the error message, I suspect your theme needs updating

Hi Marc, it's not a theme, but a simple custom CSS and all was perfectly working before.
It seems something related to the new update v4.7.12

May we know your board url?

See in the console if there are any errors. Maybe the resource is being blocked for some reason.

I found the culprit, it's iubenda privacy and cookie code, the new one is blocking everything
