Posted July 20, 20231 yr Hello. Isn't there a Ticket / Help system in the forum where users can submit requests to us? I couldn't do that in my own forum. I think there is only one integrated with the Marketplace system, other than that we can't offer tickets to users?

Because one of the things we need most in general is that a user can send us a special request. Ticket was the most convenient way for this.
