I have seen all these really cool looking websites powered by Invision Community, but I do not see a way to build any of these wild looking websites.
Can someone help me figure it out ?

You can also purchase themes for your community. The first one that pops into mind are themes created by our very own, @Ehren. You can find his website at IPSFocus.
